There appears to be a formula error for the annual price (Column H) for CLINs x019 through x023. In Column H, the formula multiplies the quantity shown in Column C by the rate to be entered in Column F and then by 12. Typically, for these CLINs, the quantity shown in Column C is the annual total for the service being requested. Therefore should the 12 multiplier be changed to 1 for these specific CLINs? Please clarify.
The Amendment 02 fixed this error. The updated Attachment 3 changed the multiplier to 1.
Section L 2 2 (a)
Section L.2(a) states: (a) Insert proposed unit and extended prices in the attached Pricing Worksheet to include all option periods. The extended amount must equal the whole dollar unit price multiplied by the number of units. Additionally, the whole dollar unit price must be divisible by twelve (12). Future modifications and price changes will be rounded down to numbers that are within 2 decimal points and dividable by 12.
The Pricing Worksheet must be completely filled in. The proposal must be submitted for a base period plus four (4) Option Years.
(b) Attachment 3 Bid Schedule Question: Does this direction “the whole dollar unit price must be divisible by twelve (12)” apply to the “Rate Cost per Square Foot” that the offeror enters into the Attachment 3 Bid Schedule or the “Unit Price (cost per month) SF*Rate” that is calculated in Attachment 3.
Section L has been updated and the requirement to input a number dividable by twelve has been removed.
