About this file
This document is a set of Questions and Answers related to a federal contract opportunity for Flooring Installation and Painting services at Hurlburt Field. The key details are:
The government intends to award up to two Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for painting in dormitories and flooring installation throughout the base. Contractors must comply with the mandatory Air Force Carpet II program, purchasing products from Tier I suppliers. Painting requirements include semi-gloss finishes for walls, metal doors, and moisture-resistant "green-board" in bathrooms. The BPAs will have a $25,000 call limit and a $4 million ceiling, with a 4-year period of performance. Questions cover topics such as site visits, working hours, hazardous materials, disposal, pricing, and security requirements for contractor personnel. Contractors should carefully review the Statement of Work and BPA documents for complete details on the requirements and proposal submission.

Customers may select any product included under the Air Force Carpet II program.
