- Solicitation number FA441722B0001. Current closing/bid-opening date is 3 March 2022 @ 9:00 AM, Central Time (CT).

- ONLY hand-deliver or mail bids to the 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron, 350 Tully Street, Bldg. 90339, Hurlburt Field, FL, 32544. If delivering bids by mail, use UPS or FedEx, DO NOT use USPS. One minute late is still late.

- On closing/bid-opening date (see above), the Contracting Officer will open all timely (not late) bids and announce final prices in the order they are received. The potential awardee (lowest proposed bid) will be announced once all timely (not late) bids are opened.

- Bids SHALL consist of one (1) separate hard-copy volume (Filled SF 1442 and Attachment 6 – Financial Information Request and

Release Authorization) and one (1) electronic copy (via CD or DVD; USB drives WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED). Only electronic versions of bid bonds will be accepted.

- It is the offeror’s responsibility to check SAM.gov for any amendments or changes to the solicitation.

- Base Entry - Personnel requiring access to Hurlburt Field for the purpose of hand-delivering a bid must send an e-mail containing the company name and the name of the person(s) requiring access to Jaysen Cortez, email jaysen.cortez.1@us.af.mil, and Richard

Compton, email richard.compton.4@us.af.mil. E-mail requests must be received no-later-than (NLT) 72 hours prior to the date and time established for bid opening. All commercial vehicles will need to use the Commercial Visitor Inspection (CVI) gate located off of Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. Please allow extra time to obtain your pass.

- Please review solicitation documents carefully especially Sections L and M of the solicitation to ensure compliance with all bid submission requirements. Section L and M contain the bid preparation instructions and evaluation factors for award. Failure to ensure compliance with all submission requirements could potentially make an offer non-responsive and ineligible for award consideration.

- Attendees are advised of the requirement to submit all questions in writing to the Contracting office NLT 13 February 2022. All questions must be submitted in Word format. Only those questions asked and answered in writing will be considered binding to the Government. Email all questions to Jaysen Cortez at jaysen.cortez.1@us.af.mil AND Richard Compton at richard.compton.4@us.af.mil. Answers to the questions will be posted on the SAM.gov website.

- All offerors MUST complete the Online Representations and Certifications application @ https://sam.gov/content/home. Failure to complete all required Representations and Certifications will make your bid ineligible for award.
