1. Site visit date/time: 29 April 2019 at 1:00 PM CDT.

3. Discuss

- Solicitation number is FA441719QA012

- Current solicitation closing date is 20 May 2019 at 2:00 PM local time. The time zone of Hurlburt Field, FL is Central Daylight Time.

- Submit one (1) electronic copy on a compact disk-read only memory (CD-ROM) or via Army's Safe Access File Exchange (https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe/). Printed offers, USB flash drives, floppy disks, and zip disks are not acceptable.

- It is the responsibility of the contractor to monitor FBO for any amendments or changes to the solicitation.

- The Contracting Officer and Contract Administrator for this specific acquisition are:

- Ensure compliance with the solicitation. Pay close attention to Addendums to FAR

52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2. These two areas contain the offer preparation instructions and evaluation factors for award. Failure to ensure compliance with all the submission requirements could potentially make an offer non-responsive and ineligible for award consideration.

- The best value technique chosen for this particular acquisition is Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT).
