Since the JV is considered a single entity, will the allowable total be 3 or 6?

Please note that it is considered a good practice to submit as little as possible, while still meeting the requirements stated in the solicitation. A “one-binder-fits-all” approach is acceptable so long as each section is clearly labled and can be understood by an otherwise competent individual. (POSTED TO FBO 16 Nov)
