JUBJ 22 1016 Construct RIC Questions and Answers Question 1: Please consider removing the SSPC-QP – 1 certification of Section 09 90 00 1.5.3 of the specifications. This letter does not require or indicate that the PPQ be completed and returned to Contracting. Is this correct? Or should the completed PPQ be returned to Contracting? The PPQ is sent to the office completing the PPQ and then forwarded to the POCs identified in the PPQ.
