Question 1: Will there be a new SF 1449 Continuation Sheet sent with all the CLINs and a revised schedule B Attachment 4?
Answer 1: Yes, posted to FedBizOpps
Question 2: We have just started going through the changes to the solicitation as outlined in Amendment
0001. We are asking for some clarification. On page 2 and all subsequent pages when you make the change in the CLIN from what it was to reserved, we understand we change the description to Reserved.
However you tell us to delete the Unit of Issue but you do not tell us to eliminate the Estimate Quantity or the Unit Price. You tell us to delete EST but there is no EST in the CLIN document. There is Estimated
Quantity and Estimated Net Amount. Please clarify. If we eliminate the number of Units do we still provide a Unit Price? It appears all we have eliminated is the description of the Unit but not the number of units nor the Unit Price. I believe I know the answer but do not want to make any assumptions.
Answer 2: CLINs which have been changed to read “Reserved” are deleted in their entirety and will no longer be used. Therefore no pricing should be proposed for “Reserved” CLINs.
