About this file

This document is a Vendor Generated Questions and Answers file for Request for Quote (RFQ) FA301626Q7128 for IT Support & Network Operations (NetOps) Infrastructure Equipment. The RFQ solicits quotes for twenty-seven (27) items of IT infrastructure equipment.

Key clarifications from the Q&A include: the Wi-Fi Heat Mapping License (Item 4.17) must be a permanent version, not a term-based license; the Monitor (Item 4.13) must utilize OLED or equivalent high-contrast panel technology with a minimum refresh rate of 120Hz, as clarified in Amendment 001; the Tri-Band Network Analyzer (Item 4.16) may be any product meeting stated technical specifications and compatible with Item 4.17; and vendors must complete Attachment 3 (Equipment List) with proposed brands and part/model numbers for all items, supplemented by manufacturer specification sheets, product brochures, or datasheets to demonstrate technical acceptability. The Government anticipates making a single award in September 2026, or as soon as practicable following receipt of certified funding and completion of technical and price evaluations, though this target date is contingent upon formal availability and allocation of appropriated funds.

# Question Answer

1.

Item 4.17, Wi-Fi Heat Mapping License: does the license need to be permanent, or is a license that expires after a set term, one year for example, acceptable?

The license is a permanent version.

2.

Item 4.13, Monitor: Attachment 1 requires OLED in one bullet and "OLED or equivalent high-contrast panel technology" in the next. Is a non- OLED equivalent acceptable?

Must utilize OLED or equivalent high-contrast panel technology. Please see Amendment 001 for revised Attachment 1.

3.

Item 4.13, Monitor: Attachment 1 states minimum 120Hz, Attachment 3 states minimum 140Hz.

Which one is the correct one?

The correct specification is minimum 120hz.

Please see Amendment 001 for revised Attachment 1.

4.

Item 4.16, Tri-Band Network Analyzer: no make or model is given. Is any product meeting the stated capabilities acceptable?

Yes, as long as all technical specifications are met and is compatible with item 4.17, Wi-Fi Heat Mapping License.

5.

What should we send with the quote to show the items meet the requirements, manufacturer spec sheets or a line-by-line comparison?

At a minimum, vendors must fully complete Attachment 3 (Equipment List) by filling in the "Proposed Brand" and "Proposed Part / Model Number" columns for all twenty-seven (27) items.

Manufacturer specification sheets, product brochures, or datasheets may be included to demonstrate technical acceptability.

6.

Given the Notice of Availability of Funds at 52.232-18, is there an anticipated award date?

The Government anticipates making a single award in September 2026, or as soon as practicable following the receipt of certified funding and the completion of technical and price evaluations. Please note that this target date is an estimate and is strictly contingent upon the formal availability and allocation of appropriated funds.
