Notice ID: FA301625Q0166 JBSA Camp Bullis Dorm Furniture Install and Removal BLDG 5413 Questions and Answers #2
1. Does furniture need to be delivered to Lackland AFB, which means they would need to pick up from Lackland, and deliver next day to Camp Bullis for installation.
Government Response: Physical Delivery address is 5413 McWillams Road, JBSA Camp Bullis, TX 78257. Coordination will be with JBSA LAK Housing POCS. (SOW, Pg. 2, Para 4, Chart 1.1)
2. Also, whatever furniture was removed from a dorm room, had to be replaced same day. No rooms can be left unfinished at the end of each day.

3. You confirmed that the furniture was to be delivered directly to the site (Camp Bullis). Can you please confirm where on the base the furniture would be stored?
Government Response: Furniture will be delivered directly to site and will need to be installed same day/time as there is no storage space for new incoming furniture. For the currently existing furniture that needs to be transported from Camp Bullis to the warehouse, the warehouse location is at 2100 Supply Street, Ft Sam Houston Bldg 4193. (Refer SOW, Pg. 2, Para 4) The government does not have or will provide any storage space for project completion.
