Questions
Question 4: Does the contractor designated POC need to be available to be on site physically during all hours of operation? Or does that person need to be available by phone/email/text etc., with the ability to get on site if need be?
Government Response: Yes, the contractor is responsible for all work on site. Yes, the government will communicate by all electronic means.
Question 5: What is the expected term length of the contract?
Government Response: The terms are based on each suppliers availability of delivery and reasonable lead time.
