Cut-off date for contractor questions is: 12:00 PM CST, 14 August 2020.
Questions
Question 1: Is the RFQ asking for a trailer with 2 private modular restrooms with on extra room being ADA compliant? For a total of 3 full bathrooms with a shower, toilet, and sink?
Government Response: Yes, that is our requirement. If unable to secure a trailer that meets these specifications, a trailer with 4 full bathrooms as outlined above with one room being ADA complaint is also acceptable.
Question 2: Is the RFQ asking for 2 trailers?
Government Response: Yes, asking for 2 trailers, one male and one female with appropriate signage and one room being ADA compliant.
Question 3: Is the RFQ asking for one single ADA compliant trailer with only one room with a shower, sink, and toilet Government Response: No, asking for 2 trailers with at least 1 ADA compliant bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet) in each trailer.
