1With the amount of utilities in the hospital, can as-built drawings of the room, morgue, and all utilities in the area be provided?6-Aug-21Yes, Facility Manager has Provided Attachments
2Please provide the routing of the power to the HVAC unit (identified in RED); this line is on a dedicated circuit and back-up power for lock-out/tag-out safety requirements.6-Aug-21Electrical power for morgue cooler is fed from the

basement, panel BLEQ1, circuit breaker 9.

Schematics have been provided.

3Will the existing morgue be considered medical waste or can it be recycled?6-Aug-21Not considered medical waste. Cleaning procedures by Pathology will be performed before removal.
4Will the equipment and furnishings in the room be moved out by the Gov’t during preparation, installation, and testing of the new equipment?6-Aug-21Pathology lab will move anything not fixed to the walls or floor. Autopsy table in the middle of the room is bolted down and cannot be moved.
5Please provide a contact in 96 CEG (either the hospital shops or CEN) who will oversee the project.6-Aug-21POC will be from MDG. Medical Maintenance (Mr. Kevin Francis) and Facility Manager (Mr. Terry Trier)
6Will as-builts be required as part of close-out? Same with a DD 1354?6-Aug-21Yes, as-built ins will be required.

A DD 1354 will not be required.

7Please provide the cut sheets and any installation instructions for the new equipment currently stored on-site.6-Aug-21Installation Instructions Provided
