Buckley AFB

1. The 460th Civil Engineer Squadron (460 CES) is in need of a requirement to maintain and repair the overhead doors on the Buckley Air Force Base (BAFB). Specifically, the requirement will require the contractor to provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, travel costs, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide semi-annual inspection, maintenance, and routine/emergency repair for systems located on BAFB. Location, quantities, and types of systems are listed in Appendix A found in the Performance Works Statement (PWS). For additional details of this requirement, please see the PWS, dated 18 October 2019.

2. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the Lowest

Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror who meet the requirements found in the PWS dated 18

October 2019.

3. This requirement will be solicited and awarded as a total small business set-aside on the FedBiz Ops.

4. The Government intends to evaluate offers and make award without discussions; however, this does not preclude the Government from having discussions if it is in the best interest of the Government.

5. The period of performance will be 18 November 2019 – 30 September 2024 with six (6) month extension.

6. All interested parties are responsible for reviewing the RFP (FA254320R0005) attached to ensure that they have a complete proposal package prior to submission.

7. A pre-site visit will be held on 29 October 2019 at 0900 MST to view various overhead doors on

BAFB. The pre-site visit will start at Building 1030, Room 120. Please be at the 6th Avenue Visitor

Control Center located at 18500 E. 6th Ave, at 0840 MST.

9. The RFP will close on 6 November 2019 @ 12:00 PM MST. Please be sure to date stamp your quotes.
