Block 4: DID Tailoring: -- Para 10.2 Contractor format compatible editable with USG information system acceptable.
This report Phase In Plan shall define the activities with a time line detailing the methods and milestones the contractor will employ to assure all AIMS requirements are completed by phase out completion date as defined by the USG.
The Phase Out Plan will include:
1. The method and process for transferring all data products in an editable format defined as USG property.
2. Transfer of Information Data Management System databases, application interfaces, and source code.
3. Transfer of all GP and other USG property including ADPE, FAR and CAP CLIN purchased property with a complete inventory.
Block 8: Submit draft for USG review and approval at 160 days prior to phase out date defined by the USG. USG review is required for Draft and Final. Contractor must allow 10 WD for this review. If USG comments are not received in this time period then the contractor must request guidance from the COR for disposition actions. Update as work requires maintaining current work planning.
Block 14: The contractor shall utilize electronic management, coordination, and digital signature for all draft and final document deliveries posted to the integrated Data Management System with e-mail notification.
