Key requirements include: the contractor must procure and install all equipment, licenses, conduit, cabling, and power receptacles; fiber optic cabling is required for all secure-space penetrations with acoustic sealing per ICD 705 and UFC 4-010-05 standards; a new CCTV server must be installed for cameras marked in red on updated drawings dated 20260623; storage must be expanded from the current 714 GB (256 GB + 458 GB) with 30-day retention to support 90-day retention for 21 existing cameras plus 18 new cameras; one camera marked green will connect to the existing CCTV switch, while the contractor must procure and install all other network infrastructure and equipment; new power receptacles must be installed at each camera location; ceiling heights in installation areas range 20-25 feet with no ceiling access restrictions; all Cat6 cabling should be green; a minimum 32-inch monitor must be included in scope; and a maximum cable run of approximately 250 feet is estimated. Labor pricing should account for both standard business hours and after-hours work, as the facility operates until 10 PM Monday through Friday. Reference drawings dated 20260623 provide scale details and camera locations marked by color coding.
