About this file
This is a pre-submission Ask Me Anything (AMA) briefing presentation for the M-DASH (Multi-DECISION ADVANTAGE SPRINT FOR HUMAN-MACHINE-TEAMING) event, part of the JADPACT II solicitation (FA238426SB007). The briefing was conducted on 15 October 2026, with proposal submissions due 21 October 2026 at 1700 EDT, selection notifications expected approximately 4 November 2026, and the M-DASH event scheduled for 25 January - 5 February 2027 in Las Vegas. Participants must be prepared to receive a confirmation receipt email upon submission, with the opportunity to amend and resubmit proposals after the AMA session until the deadline.
The M-DASH event is a two-week intensive collaboration between AFRL (711th HPW/RR Contracting), ABMS CFT, and 805th CTS involving battle management warfighters and software developers to use the Transformational Model (TM) to define and develop software requirements for decision advantage. Key deliverables include demonstrated functional relevance with software outputs providing APIs for Perceive Actionable Entity (PAE), Match Effectors (MEF), and Generate BattleCOAs (GBC) using government-provided data schemas; traceability logs; a government outbriefing presentation in PowerPoint format; and a technology survey documenting AI models utilized, model licensing, hardware and runtime requirements, and power consumption estimates. The development environment is unclassified with individual development space, on-site hardware for scenario and operator use, BYOH (Bring Your Own Hardware) for development and hosting, commercial Wi-Fi connectivity, and local network data connections available.

Use the Transformational Model (TM) to define, derive, and enrich software requirements for decision advantage Produce prototype/MVP-like services Validate TM decision function decomposition for service development for PAE, MEF, and GBC Week 1: TM deep dive, baseline battle management scenario, software coding, warfighter feedback Week 2: Progress check, more software coding, HMT battle management scenarios
TM-framed DASH events will help us build machine teammates that arm our C2 enterprise with decision advantage capabilities.
