1 Is the only way to submit this bid thru the DoD drop box or can I just submit directly to you via email?

5 Can you provide the Annual Usage Report for these products? See Section J, attachment 4 for historical usage. Closed
It shows on Section B-Price List CLIN 0022 that you would like a sample. Is this like the rest of the artwork and you would like a sample if awarded or do you want it sent in with the first batch of samples?
Provide Sample changed to "Yes, after award" through amendment. Closed
7 Is there an incumbent company already providing this service, or is this a new contract? This is not a new service. An incumbent company currently provides it. Closed
8 Can you provide estimated quantities for each item? See Section J, attachment 4 for historical usage. Closed
9 Are all products required to be manufactured in the USA? Or just products that list Made in USA in the 'Section B - Pricelist'?
Any product that identifies "Made in USA" as a salient charateristic must be made in the United States. Products that do not specifically identify the USA as the country of origin in the specifications should be BAA/TAA compliant.
