About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a 4-day in-person course on Negotiation, Persuasion, and Communications to be conducted at Edwards AFB. The government is seeking a contractor to provide the course for two cohorts, one in the week of July 15, 2024 (32 students) and one in the week of July 22, 2024 (34 students). The course must use multiple instructional modalities, cover specific topic areas, and meet the quality standards of leading business school programs. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price, 100% small business set-aside. Quotes are due by May 31, 2024, and the government intends to award the contract as soon as possible. The evaluation criteria prioritize technical capability over price, though price reasonableness will also be considered.
