About this file
This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Test Center for a 4-day in-person course on Negotiation, Persuasion, and Communication to be conducted at Edwards AFB. The requirements include providing multiple instructional modalities, covering specific topics in negotiation, persuasion, and communication, ensuring course materials are relevant to students' future roles, and delivering a quality of instruction commensurate with leading business school programs.
The RFQ solicits Firm Fixed Price quotes for two course offerings - one with 32 students during the week of July 15, 2024, and another with 34 students during the week of July 22, 2024. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 611430, with a size standard of $15M. Quotes are due by May 31, 2024, and the government intends to award a contract without discussions, if possible. The evaluation criteria focus on technical capability and price, with technical factors being more important than price.
