About this file
This is a Certificate of Non-Collusion document associated with the Georgia Department of Transportation's (GDOT) On-Call Geotechnical Drilling Services solicitation. GDOT is seeking qualified firms to provide geotechnical and environmental drilling services, including bridge foundation drilling and sampling, soil survey drilling and sampling, wall foundation drilling and sampling, and environmental drilling and sampling. The solicitation will establish open agency contracts for use as jobs and needs are identified by the Department. A virtual optional pre-bid meeting was scheduled for Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Awarded contracts will be effective for up to five years and will include options for price increases and/or decreases during the contract term at specified intervals. A communication restriction is in effect from the advertisement date until a successful respondent is selected and announced; respondents are prohibited from communicating about the solicitation with GDOT staff except through formal question submission procedures or existing work agreements.
By submitting a response, suppliers certify that their bid constitutes a valid offer without prior understanding or collusion with other bidders, that all items meet or exceed stated specifications and requirements, and that delivery will comply with solicitation provisions. Suppliers acknowledge that collusive bidding violates state and federal law and can result in fines, prison sentences, and civil damage awards. Responses must remain valid and open for 120 days from the final solicitation closing date, or such other period as identified in the solicitation. The certificate must be completed in its entirety, signed by an authorized representative, and submitted with the response, including the contractor's full legal name, authorized signature, printed name and title of signatory, date, company address, facsimile number, and email address.
