About this file
This is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) exhibit document for a Brand Ambassador Services contract opportunity in Texas. The document outlines the state's requirements and expectations regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that vendors and service providers must incorporate into their operations and service delivery. The exhibit establishes performance standards and compliance metrics that bidders must demonstrate and maintain throughout the contract term, with emphasis on workforce diversity, equitable business practices, and inclusive service delivery models tailored to the Texas market and community demographics.
The DEI exhibit specifies mandatory compliance standards for contractors, including documentation of diversity initiatives, equity impact assessments, and inclusion training programs for personnel delivering brand ambassador services. Contractors are required to maintain records demonstrating adherence to these DEI requirements and may be subject to performance evaluations based on achievement of stated diversity and inclusion goals. The document serves as a binding exhibit to the contract and establishes baseline expectations that all bidders must acknowledge and commit to implementing upon contract award, with ongoing monitoring and reporting obligations throughout the service delivery period.
