About this file

This is a Lobbying Certification form submitted to the Texas Department of Agriculture for a Brand Ambassador Services contract opportunity. The authorized signatory, identified as the Chief Financial Officer or Designee, must certify that no federal funds have been or will be paid to influence congressional officers or employees in connection with the awarding of this federal contract or any modifications thereto.

The certification further requires that if any non-federal funds are used for lobbying purposes related to this agreement, the signatory must complete and submit Standard Form-LLL, Disclosure Form to Report Lobbying. The undersigned also commits to including this certification language in all sub-award documents at every tier, including sub-contracts and sub-grants, with all sub-recipients required to certify and disclose accordingly.
