About this file
This document contains templates for monthly maintenance reports required under a federal contract for maintenance, supply, and transportation services at Detroit Arsenal, Michigan. The templates include a work schedule, direct labor personnel listing, and indirect labor personnel listing, all in Microsoft Excel format. Reports are due on the fifth workday of each month and must be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer Representative, Supervisory Property Officer, and Depot Maintenance Chief. The work schedule template requires input of dates, holidays, and planned hours by day of the week to calculate total scheduled hours for the month. The personnel templates require listing employees by name, position, and location along with scheduled hours and reasons for less than full-time work. The related solicitation is for maintenance, supply, and transportation services at Detroit Arsenal and was issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command at Rock Island Arsenal.

2) Input the number of holidays in the month and hours worked (per day)(Cell C5 and C6)
3) Input hours scheduled to be worked Monday through Sunday (Cells D6, E6, F6, G6, H6, H6, I6, and J6)

5) Data in cell C11 will auto populate in the Personnel data tab (column G).

Explanation of formula:
-The formula counts the number of days from the dates inputted. For instance, there are 5 mondays in the month of January (1/1/18-1/31/2018). Then is multiples the number of mondays in a month by the hours worked on mondays (5 mondays * 8hrs per monday = 40 hrs for mondays in the month of Jan 18.) The spread sheet will then automatically added up all the time worked subtracted by the holidays to give a total scheduled hrs worked.
