About this file

This document is an Exhibit F detailing the required solicitation documents for qualifications for the Fermilab Professional Building Architectural and Engineering Services Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC-IDIQ). The document outlines three primary components that offerors must submit: 1) a Statement of Interest cover letter identifying the project category and firm details, 2) a Narrative and Company Information document demonstrating project approach, quality control processes, and alternative development methodology, and 3) Key Personnel documentation including detailed requirements for a Project Manager and Project Architect/Designer.

The solicitation requires specific qualifications for key personnel, including a Project Manager with minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably registered in Illinois and with Federal project experience, and a Project Architect/Designer with an architectural or interior design degree and 5 years of relevant project experience. For the Building Code & Life Safety category, an ICC Certified Building Official or equivalent is required. Offerors must submit separate qualifications for each project category, with narratives emphasizing recent project examples, design alternative development, and specific personnel capabilities. Local Chicagoland offices will receive higher scoring, and firms must demonstrate their ability to maintain project scope, schedule, and budget across design and construction phases.
