About this file

This document is Exhibit F, an ASET (Arizona Strategic Enterprise Technology) Requirements Section detailing Information Technology Policies, Standards, and Procedures for contractors working with the State of Arizona. The document originates from the Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) and outlines Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategies and frameworks that govern information technology design, deployment, and management for state technology infrastructure.

The requirements specifically target contractors providing cloud solutions that host, transmit, or receive state data, mandating compliance with multiple policy guidelines. Contractors must complete the Arizona Baseline Infrastructure Security Controls assessment, mitigate any identified security concerns, and provide supporting documentation. They are required to follow guidelines for information security, accessibility, privacy, website development, and other statewide technology policies. The document emphasizes annual re-validation of security assessments and provides multiple web resource links for accessing the complete set of required standards and procedures.
