About this file
This is a Contract Amendment for the Arizona Department of Administration's State Procurement Office, involving Arizona State Parks & Trails (ASPT) and US eDirect. The document is Amendment #10 to contract CTR057864, which was originally signed on November 5, 2021. The amendment details multiple previous modifications and contract extensions, with the current amendment extending the contract term from July 31, 2026 to July 31, 2027.
The contract covers Reservations, Point of Sales, Website and Call Center services for Arizona State Parks & Trails. A key modification in this amendment involves updating the refund policy for reservation surcharges, specifically detailing vendor responsibilities for refunds during cancellations related to public health emergencies, utility disruptions, or park unit safety emergencies. The amendment maintains the vendor's obligation to refund 70% of reservation surcharges to ASPT under specified circumstances, and explicitly outlines the types of emergencies that would trigger this provision. All other contract terms, specifications, and conditions remain unchanged from previous amendments.
