About this file
This document is a Contract Amendment (#8) between the Arizona Department of Administration's State Procurement Office and US eDirect, specifically pertaining to Arizona State Parks & Trails' Reservations, Point of Sales, Website, and Call Center services. The original Master Service Agreement was signed on November 5, 2021, and has undergone multiple previous amendments to modify various contract terms and extend the contract period.
The amendment primarily focuses on modifying the reservation fee structure, increasing the cost per camping reservation from $3.20 to $3.60, effective February 25, 2025. This fee increase covers the implementation of the Monetra solution, including annual and transaction fees, call center email costs, and gift card expenses. The amendment also adds several new optional functionalities, including waitlist/standby features, advance use sales, an online gift store, and Apple/Google pay options. Conversely, the parties agree to discontinue the automated self-check-in and check-out functionality. The contract term has been previously extended to July 31, 2025, with provisions for re-evaluating the added costs sixty days prior to the end of the one-year period specified in this amendment.
