About this file

This document is a Contract Amendment (#3) between the Arizona Department of Administration's State Procurement Office and US eDirect, relating to a Master Service Agreement originally signed on November 5, 2021. The contract covers Reservations, Point of Sales, Website and Call Center services for Arizona State Parks & Trails, with the contract number CTR057864.

The amendment modifies multiple sections of the original Scope of Work, primarily removing references to "text" messaging and making adjustments to system migration requirements. Key changes include revising reservation confirmation processes, modifying system migration liquidated damages from $55,000 to $10,000 per day with a $200,000 cap, updating historical data reporting requirements, and specifying that the system will use Notification Dynamics module for guest reminders. The amendment follows two previous amendments: the first replacing the word "award" with "implementation" and the second adjusting the contract start and migration dates.
