About this file
This document is a state contract template from the Washington State Department of Corrections. The purpose of the contract is to engage a vendor for the express purposes set forth in the provisions. The initial contract term is specified, with options for extension. The contract outlines the rights and obligations of the parties, including details on compensation, invoicing, and contract representatives. The contract requires the vendor to comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws throughout performance.
The related state and local contract opportunity is a Request for Quotes and Qualifications (RFQQ) issued by the Washington State Department of Corrections to solicit bids from vendors interested in providing air transportation services for offenders who do not qualify for escorted transportation on public carriers. The contract opportunity is open to vendors statewide, with specific jurisdictions including King County and Kingston CDP. The RFQQ does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding sources, or award dates.
