About this file

This is an Exhibit D document detailing certificate of compliance requirements for new plastic media supplied by subcontractors. The document specifies that subcontractors must provide written test data accompanying all deliveries of new plastic media, and materials received without proper certification will be rejected. Each finished lot is defined as a minimum of 250 pounds to a maximum of 10,000 pounds per drum, and all lots must be assigned corresponding batch or lot numbers for tracking purposes.

The certificate of compliance requires subcontractors to provide specific technical test data for each plastic media shipment, including material product descriptions (such as MIL-P-85891A Type II Urea Formaldehyde Plastic Media), Barcol hardness measurements, infrared spectrograms, ash content, specific gravity, pH levels, conductivity, heavy particles analysis, and sieve size specifications. These testing requirements ensure that all plastic media materials meet established quality and performance standards before acceptance into the contract.
