About this file

This exhibit describes the Colorado River Service Unit (CRSU) facility requirements for medical imaging interpretation services. CRSU provides healthcare to eligible beneficiaries within the Colorado River Indian Tribes service area and requires contractor-provided interpretation services for three imaging modalities: Plain Film (X-Ray), Ultrasound (if available), and CT (if available). The Government will identify active modalities at the time of task order issuance. Service requirements, including hours of operation, will be established at the task-order level based on operational needs, with routine interpretation services anticipated during normal business hours.

The estimated annual workload spans five years (Base Year through Option Year 4) across three facility locations. Parker is the primary facility with 3,000 X-Ray interpretations, 600 CT interpretations, and 600 Ultrasound interpretations annually. Peach Springs requires 1,000 annual X-Ray interpretations, and Supai requires 500 annual X-Ray interpretations. Additionally, the contractor must support one HL7 interface for CRSU, with actual interface requirements subject to variation based on facility architecture and existing system configurations. Interface requirements include PACS integration, HL7 connectivity (if implemented), Vista Imaging compatibility, and compliance with required IHS cybersecurity and connectivity requirements. Facility-specific workflows, escalation procedures, and additional interface requirements will be identified by the ordering activity.
