About this file

This document is Exhibit B - Unit Rates, which appears to outline pricing and service details for a transformer pickup, testing, and disposal contract with a specific district. The exhibit describes a comprehensive service offering for transformer management, with the district typically requesting batches of 4 or more units per service call. The contract establishes unit pricing for various service categories including pickup and transportation, electrical testing, oil testing, refurbishment, and recycling/disposal for both non-PCB and PCB-containing transformers.

The pricing structure includes specific provisions for volume-based efficiencies and markup guidelines. Contractors are permitted to bill direct expenses, subcontract invoices, and parts/materials at cost plus 10%, with a minimum transportation requirement of 25 units per trip. The document indicates flexibility in service pricing, allowing for potential administrative/reporting fees and potential scrap credits for recycling services. The pricing table leaves specific dollar amounts blank, suggesting these will be competitively bid or negotiated, with an emphasis on transparent cost structures and documented expenses through required receipts and proof of disposal documentation.
