About this file

The document is Exhibit B - Performance Requirements for a Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) competitive solicitation (RFQQ-2025 0501) for LiDAR Processing Software. The procurement seeks a software solution to process, analyze, and manage data from the Riegl VMX-2HA Mobile Mapping System, specifically focusing on importing raw LiDAR and imagery data, managing and visualizing collected data, orienting and adjusting outputs, and generating georeferenced files. The solicitation requires bidders to respond to six performance requirements, with some being mandatory pass/fail and others scored on a point system ranging from 15-15 points per requirement.

The performance requirements detail specific technical capabilities the software must possess, including importing raw data without duplication, managing and visualizing data, orienting and adjusting outputs with system calibration files, aligning imagery with LiDAR data, generating georeferenced .LAZ files (version 1.4), and providing quality assurance and control functions with comprehensive reporting. Bidders must respond "Yes" or "No" to each requirement and provide written responses for requirements marked as requiring additional explanation. The evaluation will assess the bidder's ability to meet the technical specifications for processing mobile mapping system data with high accuracy and comprehensive output capabilities.
