About this file

The document is a Common Carrier Attestation form for a transportation services contract with Pinellas County, specifically for the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Area Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB). The attestation requires the contractor to certify compliance with Florida Statute § 92.525, which prohibits knowingly transporting unauthorized aliens, except to facilitate their detention, removal, or departure from the state or United States.

The form includes a signature section where the contractor must declare under penalties of perjury that they have read and understand the attestation. The county reserves the right to terminate the associated agreement if the contractor is found in violation of this attestation. This document appears to be a mandatory exhibit for the Transportation Services for CVB contract, serving as a legal commitment by the contractor to adhere to specific immigration-related transportation guidelines.
