The facility requires ten numbered space types with detailed specifications: exterior (with optional mobile vet center outlet and flagpole), entrance with automatic doors and video intercom, lobby/waiting area with acoustic treatment and cable/data outlets, restrooms with ADA accessibility and nurse call systems, reception/program support area with transaction window, multiple offices with STC 45 sound isolation, three group therapy rooms with TV capabilities, kitchen break room with appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, disposal), housekeeping room with sealed concrete flooring, supply room, and storage room. All spaces require acoustic ceiling panels with insulation, solid-core doors with perimeter seals, wall soundproofing treatments, and specific electrical/data outlet configurations. Additional requirements include telecommunications enclosure with CAT 6A cabling, sound masking system for privacy, exterior and interior ADA-compliant signage, and comprehensive security including facility security level II systems, video surveillance with 30-day recording, access control with wireless contactless readers, intrusion detection, duress alarms in group rooms and reception areas, and nurse call systems with visual indicators.
