Currently, approximately 214,421 square feet of various surface types require monthly inspections. The contract term is three years with one two-year renewal option exercisable at Metro's sole discretion. Future work may add approximately 71,793 square feet of glass panel surfaces as new facilities become operational, including D Line Phase II (16,349 sq. ft.), G Line Grade Separation (24,652 sq. ft.), D Line Phase III (23,792 sq. ft.), and East San Fernando Valley Light Rail Transit Corridor (7,000 sq. ft.).

Contractors must maintain appropriate licensing, including a California Class C (Specialty) Contractor's license (C-17 for Glazing) for polycarbonate work, and employ a minimum of one full-time supervisor and one full-time equivalent installer per region. All materials must be manufactured in the United States and meet applicable fire-resistance and safety standards. Contractor personnel must be available to work between 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, with weekend and emergency service availability as needed.
