About this file

This is an Exhibit A preventive maintenance document for a hospital facility outlining the required maintenance standards and schedules that a contractor must follow upon contract award. The contractor must submit a detailed preventive maintenance schedule within five business days of contract award for agency approval. All maintenance must comply with manufacturer recommendations, and technicians must document completion of each service item on a report that must be signed and provided to hospital staff prior to conclusion of each service call. The preventive maintenance requirements cover multiple equipment categories including freezers and refrigerators, which require monthly cleaning of condenser coils, inspection of interior caulk seams and door seals, and drain line checks, with annual deep cleaning of evaporator coils and door gaskets. Additional equipment requiring scheduled maintenance includes steamers, ovens, and dish machines, with specifications for de-scaling, calibration, gasket inspection, burner cleaning, thermostat calibration, booster heater maintenance, flow switch calibration, and sensor maintenance.

The document does not contain pricing terms, funding sources, set-asides, contract duration, or other financial information. No award dates, response deadlines, bidder meeting details, or incumbent contractor information is provided in this exhibit. This document serves primarily as a technical specification and service level agreement defining the scope and frequency of required maintenance activities rather than establishing contract terms and conditions.
