About this file

This is an Exhibit A preventive maintenance document detailing service requirements for kitchen equipment at a hospital facility. The contractor must submit a preventive maintenance schedule within five business days of contract award for agency approval. A technician must sign off on completed maintenance items, and a report documenting all work must be provided to hospital staff upon completion of each service call.

The preventive maintenance requirements cover four categories of equipment: freezers and refrigerators requiring monthly condenser coil cleaning, interior caulk seam inspection, door seal integrity checks, and drain line clearance, with annual deep cleaning of evaporator coils and door gaskets; steamers requiring boiler de-scaling, unit calibration, and door gasket and latch inspection; ovens requiring burner cleaning and calibration of burners and thermostats; and dish machines requiring de-scaling of booster heaters and unit interiors, flow switch calibration, and sensor maintenance. The document does not specify pricing, contract term, response deadlines, or award dates.
