16. REMARKS

The monthly report may be delivered in the Contractor's format provided that it is readable using Microsoft Office 2010 products (or better) or Adobe Acrobat Reader.

The Contractor shall address all relevant topic areas included in DI-MGMT-81991 in each report but all submitted reports shall include the following at a minimum:

a) The On-Site Labor report will list hours worked by each individual in the reporting period.

Block 9: Distribution Statement Required will read as follows:

Distribution Statement A: Approved for public release, distribution is unlimited.

Blocks 10-13: Reports shall be delivered on a monthly basis. The first report shall be delivered no later than forty-five (45) days after award. All subsequent reports shall be delivered no later than fifteen (15) days after the period being reported.

The Contractor shall address all relevant topic areas included in DI-FNCL-80331 in each report but all submitted reports shall include the following at a minimum:

a) The Financial status reports shall show the number of hours and the fully burdened labor (Including fee) for each employee and/or subcontractor. Details for the current period and total accrued cost shall be given. Expenses (e.g., travel, materials and training - fully burdened) shall be separately reported. If an employee and/or subcontractor worked on more than one task (as defined by the COR) the accounting for each task must be shown separately.

(a) All technical data (as defined in DFARS 252.227-7013)

(b) All computer databases, computer programs, computer software (in both executable and source form), and computer software documentation developed pursuant to the SOW, including but not limited to: Radar Target Signature Program.

(c) All physical items developed under the SOW including but not limited to machines, apparatuses, compositions of matter, and prototypes

16. REMARKS

Block 2: The Contractor shall submit a Contractor's Management Plan (CMP) defining the contractor's approach to implementing the contract. The CMP provides the Government insight to the systems, processes, and structure within which the contractor operates.

The CMP should include, as applicable and if not defined in a separate plan: quality control, risk management, systems engineering, software development, configuration management, earned value management, and subcontract management. Submission shall be in accordance with the schedule as described herein.
