About this file

This document package includes a Request for Proposals (RFP) and associated Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for Lube Oil Quality Management (LOQM) Testing Support Services. The RFP seeks proposals to provide testing services for various lube oil samples from Navy vessels, including analytical testing, quality control, and reporting of results on a daily, monthly, and semi-annual basis according to the specifications in the Performance Work Statement and its attachments. The CDRL outlines six contract data items to be delivered: a monthly status report, daily electronic data transfer, daily sample receipt log, semi-annual ASTM proficiency testing report, monthly status report, and test procedures. Proposals are due by the date specified in the RFP. The selected contractor must perform the services for the base year and four option years. Distribution of test results and procedures will be limited to authorized DoD and contractor personnel.
