About this file
This document outlines requirements for a federal contract to provide lube oil quality management testing support services. The Naval Sea Systems Command is soliciting proposals under solicitation number N64498-24-R-4024 to analyze lube oil samples from Navy vessels and provide daily data transfer in a specified XML format. Testing will include variables such as viscosity, metals content and other parameters defined in test slates. Proposers must have the capability to receive vessel and equipment registration files from the agency and apply the data to sample analysis and reporting. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a database of sample point information, lubricants, test slates and alert levels to support testing activities. Proposals are due based on the solicitation schedule.
