About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a Training and Doctrine (TDP) system supporting Taiwan and Tunisia's Portable/Stationary Joint Fires project. The CDRL outlines multiple data item deliverables with specific requirements for submission, including:
Key deliverables include Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Reports (IPMDAR), Integrated Master Schedule, Meeting Minutes, Accident/Incident Reports, Test Procedures, Test/Inspection Reports, Safety Assessment Reports, Training Facilities Reports, COTS Manuals, Training Materials, Operator User's Manuals, and Supporting Maintenance Manuals. Each deliverable has detailed submission guidelines, such as 90-day prior deadlines to In-Plant Inspection, specific distribution statements with export control warnings, and required delivery methods via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) or DoD Secure File Exchange. The documents are intended to support technical documentation and training for joint fires systems for Taiwan and Tunisia, with stringent review processes including 15-30 calendar day government review periods and 5-20 day contractor revision windows.
