About this file
This Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) outlines nine data items the contractor must submit to the Government as part of an Army Watercraft Sustainment Maintenance contract for work in Zone 2 outside the continental United States. The CDRL specifies submission deadlines, distribution instructions, and security requirements for provisioning schedules, condition reports, meeting minutes, test schedules, warranties, certifications, variance requests, and drydock certifications. The contractor must provide production schedules every two weeks, condition reports and meeting minutes as required, draft test schedules at the start of work meeting with final schedules due 20 days before sea trials, and warranties and drawings upon completion. Certifications are due two to three days after tests, and variance requests within three days of Government review. The related solicitation is for Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal for modifications, modernizations, and on-condition cyclic maintenance of the U.S. Army's overseas vessel fleet.
