Exhibit 3 - MOPO Operational Control Document
This document is an operational control exhibit related to the City of Phoenix's Fire Life and Safety Systems Inspections, Testing and Repair procurement opportunity. The exhibit establishes the operational framework and control mechanisms for the management of fire life and safety systems under the contract. The solicitation invites sealed offers from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive inspections, testing, and repair services for fire life and safety systems throughout Phoenix. The contract term is five years beginning January 1, 2027, with an effective date upon final signature and recording by the City Clerk's department. No extension options are available beyond the initial five-year term. The solicitation is administered through the City's Procurement Portal, with technical support available through the portal's support function or via procurement-support@opengov.com.
The document establishes operational control procedures that define the contractor's responsibilities, performance standards, and management protocols for executing fire life and safety systems work throughout the City of Phoenix. Specific pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractor status, funding sources, and contract amounts are not detailed within this particular exhibit, as it serves primarily as a procedural and operational framework document. Interested offerors should review the complete solicitation package and related exhibits through the City's Procurement Portal for comprehensive information regarding pricing requirements, evaluation criteria, and all contractual terms and conditions.
