About this file

Exhibit 1 Technical Specifications.Revised.doc is a technical document related to the Oregon state procurement for the ESB La Grande Maintenance Station Wash Bay Overhead Door Replacement project. The solicitation is a Request for Competitive Quote (RFCQ) issued on March 20, 2025, with a submission deadline of April 8, 2025. The project scope includes comprehensive removal and replacement of existing overhead doors, gutters, siding, linear panel, track, and operator systems, with specific requirements to widen rough openings for new overhead doors at the maintenance station. The technical specifications provide detailed guidelines for contractors interested in bidding on this facility infrastructure upgrade.

The project appears to be a state-level procurement without explicitly stated set-aside designations. While no specific budget range is provided, the technical specifications (92KB) and accompanying drawings (250KB) suggest a complex project requiring specialized knowledge in industrial door installation and facility infrastructure modifications. Bidders will need to submit detailed cost breakdowns using the Competitive Quote Pricing Form, demonstrating technical expertise and the capability to complete the overhead door replacement project efficiently and in compliance with state specifications. The evaluation criteria are likely to focus on technical compliance, proposed pricing, and the contractor's ability to meet the specified technical requirements outlined in the documentation.
