About this file
This Evaluation Criteria document outlines the assessment framework for the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services' selection of a qualified bidder to provide a new Medicaid Drug Rebate System (MDR). The evaluation criteria establish the standardized methodology by which proposals will be assessed and scored to determine the most qualified contractor for this service contract. The document defines the weighted categories and specific factors that will guide the state's evaluation process, ensuring transparent and consistent review of all submitted bids against predetermined standards of performance and capability requirements.
The evaluation criteria likely address key technical and operational factors such as system functionality, data security, integration capabilities, vendor experience, implementation timelines, and ongoing support services. These criteria serve as the basis for comparative analysis of bidder qualifications, with each category assigned specific weight or point values to facilitate objective scoring and selection of the vendor best positioned to deliver the required Medicaid drug rebate management services.
