About this file
This document is a pre-proposal conference presentation for a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for Water Filtration System Services (WFSS) Contract 582-24-50014. The contract is for the statewide installation and maintenance of water filtration systems on sole-source domestic water wells identified by TCEQ, primarily for the Remediation Division's Superfund and Petroleum Storage Tank Programs. The services include installing and maintaining filtration systems to remove hydrocarbon, volatile organic compounds, semi-volatile organic compounds, and metals contamination. The contract term is expected to be from October 1, 2023, through August 31, 2027, with a one-year renewal option.
The presentation covers the response requirements, including organization, evaluation criteria, and the scope of services. It also details the contract terms and conditions, such as the 48-hour mobilization requirement, unscheduled service calls, and provisions for additional equipment and special projects. Interested parties must submit proposals by June 21, 2023, at 3:00 PM Central Time. The presentation emphasizes the importance of carefully reviewing the requirements, as responses become TCEQ records and cannot be returned.
