About this file

This is a Frequently Asked Questions document issued by Central Health, a Texas-based health organization, regarding RFP 2401-001 for a Data Governance Platform. The solicitation seeks proposals for a data governance solution, with awards anticipated to be made around the proposal expiration date specified in the solicitation package. Proposers must submit responses via the Periscope/BidSync platform, though in-person submission may be arranged with special accommodations as detailed in the solicitation materials. Central Health will formally notify all proposers of the solicitation status and award determination once a decision is made.

Pricing for this solicitation is to be proposed by vendors, as Central Health does not provide advance budgets and instead requests that proposers submit their own proposed costs. There is no incumbent vendor currently providing this service. Central Health requires a Good Faith Effort regarding MBE/WBE participation from its contractors and consultants unless otherwise specified in solicitation documents, and both HUB-certified and non-HUB vendors are eligible to participate. Proposers should be aware that Austin and Travis County impose living wage requirements that should be researched prior to proposal submission. All proposal materials, including resumes and supporting documentation, count toward the stated page limit, and Central Health will not accept email submissions or provide technical support for the BidSync platform.
