About this file
This document contains HHSC's responses to vendor questions regarding RFO No. HHS0014612 for Take Charge Texas Support Services issued by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). The questions and answers cover various aspects of the contract opportunity for maintaining and supporting the Take Charge Texas (TCT) application, including technical requirements, service delivery expectations, and operational parameters. The agency confirms that no platform upgrade or migration is planned during the contract term, and support services will follow industry standard Agile processes with sprint planning and execution. The contractor will be required to provide services during business days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
The document reveals that HHSC uses OpenText Application Lifecycle Management, Jira, and BMC Helix IT Service Management for incident management. Supplemental services are described as infrequent, and performance measures will be monitored by the HHSC IT Contract Manager. The agency has external system integrations, data exchanges, and reporting with third-party providers. While many technical details about the current environment are not provided in the responses, with HHSC directing vendors to the procurement library, the document confirms that searchable PDF format is acceptable for certain submission forms and that respondents should complete the SPI (Security and Privacy Initial Assessment) as it would be applicable during the Contract Term.
