1. General Information: This is a second Request for Information (RFI) for Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) 79 for Engineering, Administrative, and Professional Support Services (EPASS) in support of Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Armament Directorate (EB). The AFLCMC/AZS - EPASS Program Office is responsible for acquiring Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for AFLCMC, and in order to be eligible for EPASS task order awards, prospective prime offerors must be a GSA OASIS+ Small Business (SB) awardee.
2. Request for Information: This RFI is intended for GSA OASIS+ SB awardees. The EPASS Office is conducting ongoing market research to understand capabilities related to providing the requirement outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) in support of AFLCMC/EB, which is responsible for the design, development, production, fielding, and sustainment of air-to-ground and air-to-air munitions for both the US and allied nations to defeat a spectrum of enemy targets. The scope of this effort will support United States Air Force (USAF) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to include cross-cutting and surge support. It provides organizations with a broad range of professional acquisition, engineering, scientific, research, financial, and administrative capabilities.
Of particular interest to the Government in this RFI is industry’s feedback on impacts of consolidation of three task orders into one for all of EB; industry perspective on change in number of samples and implementation of page limits; and any other comments/questions on the requirement.
